The spa and the hot water no good the water outside in the pool it’s not The water of the outdoor pools and the jacuzzi is not warm enough so you cannot enter them in the winter!

pretty good but room for improvement at the price
Positives-great location, convenient having a steakhouse, pizza place, and sports store all in the building, and some of the staff were great (julia and kimberley). Negatives-while breakfast was good it was the same thing every day, the single beds were terrible but that is all over europe, the hot tub was never hot enough and the staff made up about some excuse that the government polices the temperature (doubtful), 10 am checkout with no flexibility, and the steam room doesnt open until 3pm!! For $750/night they could afford to be a little more flexible and strive to please their guests. A steam room should be accessible in the morning and not have to wait until 330. Fairly ridiculous. Just dumb policies.

Excellent modern hotel with superior views and access to shopping, bars and restaurants. Hotel gave us free passes to use tram to top of skiing mountain.

Perfect stay
The stay was perfect. Located in the middle of town right next to the gondolas. Perfect for hiking in summer and skiing in winter.

Everything was great. The rooms are a bit compact for the price, but modern. The toilet is separated from the wash basins, which is not convenient. The biggest issue was the soundproofing of the windows - there are pubs outside that have young skiers partying early into the morning, and the sound was getting in through the windows. Also, windows have only one set of dark curtains, so the only way to let light into the room was to leave the curtains open and let the guys across the street see what's going on inside the room.

Great location, across the street from the lifts, at one end of the St. Anton walking district - park the car and forget it, great skiing, shopping, and dinner are just a stones throw away

Excellent hotel and service!!!
We checked in just before 9pm and all around the area was closed. The receptionist was very friendly and the kitchen staff prepared us a very delicious soup even the kitchen. Has already closed by 30 minutes. The soup was very delicious and a perfect dinner for me. The staff took an extra mile for us. The room us super nice and spacious with a great view

Nice short break.
Very nice hotel, the only downside was the poor quality of the food in the Pizza restaurant, and the fact that their steak restaurant is closed during the summer which was not communicated in advance. Lady on reception was apologetic and helpful though.

Wunderschönes und modernes Hotel.
Wunderschönes Hotel. Zimmer waren super und neu ausgestattet. Frühstücksbuffet war super. Wir hatten mit Halbpension. Die 5 Gänge waren wirklich sehr köstlich. Der Spa/Wellnessbereich mit dem Swimmbad auf dem Dach war sehr gepflegt und relativ neu. Service war wie in Tirol zu erwarten TOP. Das Hotel kann ich mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Immer wieder gerne.

Wir waren zufrieden, Wellness- und Entspannungsbereich immer sauber und ordentlich. Zimmer in gutem Zustand, Service sehr gut. Tiefgarage top. Abendessen gut, das Frühstück hat noch Verbesserungspotential was Frische und Abwechslung angeht.

Dejligt hotel, og meget venligt personale. Det eneste negative var at vores værelse var meget varmt, og ingen mulighed for selv at justere på temperaturen. Derfor var vi nødt til at sove med åben altandør, med en masse larm fra tidelig morgen. Vandtrykket i værelset var også ekstremt lavt, og det var svært at bade.

Topmodernes Hotel nahe der Talststion!
Topmodernes Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Talstation. Moderne Zimmer, top eingerichtet. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Restaurant mit Terrasse und Bar, dazu weitere Restaurants im Haus. Die Dachterrasse mit Whirlpool und Sonnenliegen und Strandkörben ist ein weiteres Highlight. Tolles und vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Beste Mitarbeiter. Ausnahmslos alle Mitarbeiter waren äußerst Nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr freundliche Atmosphäre. Sehr schöner Spa Bereich mit Traum Blick beim Whirlpool. Alles sauber. Leckeres Frühstück. Zimmer (Einzelzimmer) war allerdings sehr klein. Ich würde sehr gerne wieder zum gleichen Hotel kommen.

Da vi kom viste det seg at bookingen gjennom hotels hadde ført til en dobbeltbooking, og det var ingen ledige rom på hotellet. Vi ble tilbudt en leilighet, til lavere pris. Selv om det ikke var det samme som vi hadde bestilt, var servicen upåklagelig. Supert hotel, men en spaavdeling og god mat!!
