"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room size was great for 2 with a balcony. The pictures look a bit better than it actually is. Just a little worn out. The buffet was excellent, but the quality of the meats were a little underwhelming. More fast food like… The only thing that bothered us was the fact that we would have to pay for our towels to use for the pool. So, people would reuse the towels and let them hang dry on the balcony so they were visible from the pool, which made it look kind of old school and not very pleasant to look at. Location wise it’s 30 minutes from the main city, just FYI"

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at TRS Ibiza Hotel, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every member of staff was professional, warm, friendly and genuinely attentive. A special mention has to go to the butler service and the chefs — everyone went above and beyond to make our stay feel special. The food was one of the biggest highlights of our stay. We tried all three restaurants and the quality of the food was outstanding. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets were also excellent. Even though they were buffets, the quality, freshness, variety and presentation of the food were genuinely impressive and felt much more premium than a typical hotel buffet. We stayed at the Signature Level, and it was absolutely worth it. Our room was beautiful, with an incredible view overlooking the water, and waking up to that view every morning was unforgettable. Another fantastic benefit of the Signature Level was the Dine Out experience. The restaurants selected by the hotel were excellent and gave us the opportunity to enjoy some wonderful dining experiences outside the resort as part of our stay. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations — the staff, butler service, chefs, restaurants, buffets, room, view and all the extra benefits that came with the Signature Level. "We booked this hotel for my best friend’s bachelorette party, and our stay truly exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we received exceptional service. A special thank you to Maria at VIP check-in, who welcomed us so warmly and immediately made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. She took the time to explain the hotel, its facilities, and all the amenities to us, and her friendliness and genuine hospitality really stood out. We truly appreciated her exceptional service. The hotel also arranged a lovely welcome surprise for my best friend for the bachelorette, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the occasion even more special!! It genuinely exceeded my expectations and made the occasion feel even more special. The hotel itself was beautiful, and the room and amenities were excellent. The breakfast was absolutely incredible — I have honestly never seen such an extensive breakfast buffet! There were so many options, and the quality of the food was excellent. We also loved the comfortable sunbeds right by the beach. Overall, we truly appreciated every aspect of our stay. The combination of the beautiful hotel, excellent facilities, wonderful food, and especially the warm and attentive service made this a unique and memorable experience for us. Breakfasts are sadly well below average, i’d even say poor - and the pool gets very crowded with people putting their towels down and vanishing for the whole day which means it is poorly managed. The hotel need to prevent hogging of sunbeds."
