"A top hotel, no question. All inclusive options are excellent - the food is of a particularly high quality. The hotel would ordinarily receive a 5-star rating from me but reception staff (not all) are often surly, unfriendly and are more interested in looking at their phones or the screens in front of them. On the few occasions during the week I approached the desk, I was met by someone looking down at their phone and who couldn’t be bothered with any enquiry. In other words, approaches to reception staff made me feel as if I was being a nuisance."

"Beautiful hotel & rooms - food & drink options were great - The buffet food was among the best I’ve ever had! I’ve been to Ibiza many times & always stay 5* - we previously have stayed at Grand Palladium which is part of the same hotel group as TRS - my understanding was that TRS was going to be a better standard than Grand Palladium which in some respects it was. The biggest let down for this hotel are its unhelpful staff on reception. Everything was too much trouble for them & the welcome we received on arrival set the tone for the rest of the trip. The poolside bar service was also a let down & we felt like we were putting the staff out by asking for drinks. Sadly this has put me off staying here again which is a shame as the hotel is beautiful, especially the pools & rooftop area & the sunsets from here are amazing!"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless the girl that cleaned our room was lovely . We had a fantastic view of the beach from our room. The breakfast staff was great cleaning the tables as soon as people had left them and keeping on top of things and very friendly."
