Good afternoon Mr Johan, we were waiting your bad review ! It seems that you've never been in a hotel ! You write :" The hospitaly was bad. The Staff was rude ". Every day you've received a " Good Morning/Buongiorno " from us and, unfortunately, no answer from you !!! It doesn't matter . . . we've had and still have some other polite Guests. During the breakfast the day after your arrival, the breakfast lady just told you to ask for glasses and not to take away from the other tables in the restaurant. If you continue taking glasses away from the other tables, it's normal to be a little rude or do you think it's normal for us to receive a complain every day for no glasses on the table from the other Guests ?!?! Regarding the problem for pizza, you are free to buy what you want from outside if you consider our prices too high and to eat or drink it in your room ( of course, beeing carefull for the ants because the hotel is surrounded from the garden ), but not in the common areas of the Hotel : it's an Hotel and not a Public Park. For the towels, when you arrived in the Hotel, we gave you all the information for your stay and also told you about the service for pool towels with a supplement. You were free to use it or not. Sorry for your bad sleep : we have only new orthopedic beds. For the city tax, we ask to pay in cash, only cause of a commission due for a service not of the Hotel. Have a happy life.
