"Parking was a bit expensive, pool was nice, staff and breakfast was very good, very clean throughout, building could use a tiny bit of touch up, but nice grounds. "

"Definitely in the outskirts, the room was super average. It's basically a motel with a facelift. Front desk person who checked us in was an absolute gem. They did have weird policies like one of the main reasons we stayed here is because we needed to get to the airport the next day but we were told that once we checked out, the shuttle service was not offered to us.... and of course we would be checking out before heading to the airport.... strange. "The property was in a good location and was easy to get to the Metro. I felt it was a safe area. It was also close to the Duomo and shopping areas. Also, the staff were beyond excellent at the hotel. They were always friendly, warm and helpful. The nicest people!!! Everyone, even the people at the restaurant were friendly and made fantastic recommendations. The food was delicious! Great, amazing hotel."
