The staff were very nice and acommodating with allowing for late check in and early check out, and the rooms were cleaned daily. Transportation however is difficult to obtain if you do not plan around their shuttles. It is around a 12-14 minute walk to the metro which is not bad but other than that, central Milan is not that close without a form of transport.
