Pacific Crest Hotel Santa Barbara
"The staff was nice and helpful, parking was good and I was happy there was an air conditioning unit in the room. My negative ratings have to do with the appearance of the hotel. Doors had paint missing at bottom and the rooms seemed dated. It appeared a lot nicer in the pictures."
