"We chose this hotel because it was close to family who live on the island and the location was perfect for all the restaurants and attractions we intended to visit. "Staff was very helpful. Rooms are small and the photos and information on Expedia is somewhat misleading. This is not a resort just a very basic hotel. "

"Only issue was that there was no mirror in the room so a girl's trip can be hectic, we all had to take turns using the bathroom mirror, i suggest putting a big full body mirror in each room on the wardrobe or stuck on the wall. Overall everything was nice, just the mirror thing."

"The location can’t be beat. Loved the beachfront view from my balcony on a high floor. Also loved the buffet dinner on Friday night (European cuisine). My only complaint is that I was unable to use the in-room safe because it was too difficult to operate."

"Breakfast was fabulous and the hotel has great amenities. The Michelin restaurants were world class but the general restaurant (1890) was ok but there was too big a difference between the quality of the restaurants. The biggest issue was the main bar where the service in the evening was very poor with a 25 min wait to get a drink. Many people were unhappy about this. Overall the hotel is very nice but be prepared for the bar.."
