"Room was good except for some spiders in the bathroom. Outside on our patio neighbors left their dirty dishes, we complained and 90% was cleaned. They accidentally put a$345 hold on our credit card after we already paid expedia. I complained we were going to use that for dinner and breakfast. They gave us lounge access for snacks not dinner but did give us breakfast, they better not charge us for their error. Pool and hot tub were nice, most of staff polite and helpful. Eileen in the lounge was the best! "
