Be sure to stock up on EVERYTHING you'll need before going up there as a trip to any store or restaurant will be lengthy. "The staff were so helpful and kind! Kendy, Bryan, Konrad, and the lady at the kids corner making churhill slushies for my kids. Other staff too, thank you. The Chefs prepared delicious Costa Rican, Caribbean and Asian foods (wow!) and desserts, all day everyday. Victoria who cleaned our room and taught us some Spanish at the same time! The attendents at the front desk and (sorry I forgot your name) at the tour scheduling desk, thank you for all your help! You all made our vacation so memorable! The pools were good for families and the beach as well with it calm waters. Beautiful water, sunsets and fun activities on property. Very relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would love to visit again."
