"The property was very clean and workers were continually throughout the day seen working to maintain the property. The location was about 15-20 minutes away from the strip, but an easy walk. We enjoyed being a short distance away from the busy attractions and it was quiet. To spend the day at the beach you can safely access a tunnel under the street. The beach there was a nice quiet experience, but you woukd definitely want to walk further or take a bus or cab to the nicer beach areas.
The made to order omelets were great and the breakfast selection was large. The complimentary Happy Hour was a nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay! To have more of a higher end resort feel that my family and I have experienced at other properties would be just a few simple recommendations: staff welcoming you to the property with a cold wash cloth, have water cooler with fruit in the lobby AND by pool ( there are water stations to fill your water bottle, but something classier like an actual water container filled with fruit would be appreciated and level it up some). Definitely More music at the pool area. We had aerobics 2x when we were there and 1 day live music. Even streaming some tropical music, not loudly, by the pool would be a nice vacation vibe. Finally, the only other suggestion would be to switch up the HH snacks each day! All in all this was a wonderful trip and my family and I will definitely return!"
"We had a very nice stay at Tamarijn. The all inclusive resort offers a nice selection of dining options and activities. My family really enjoyed riding the e-bikes, visiting the butterfly farm and playing bingo by the pool. Our favorite activity at the resort was the guided e-bike and snorkel tour. Our guides Zeef, Lisa and Donny took us to a beautiful beach to snorkel where we saw fish and sea turtles. They worked hard to ensure our safety on the bikes and in the water."
"The divi all inclusive is great! The restaurants have great food and amazing staff. Ginger was my favorite but they were all great. The buffet is ehh but better than nothing. The bar pizza is delicious. The variety of drinks they make and have is great. The only negative people we met were at the front desk. Just not as welcoming and friendly as the rest of the staff."
Hotel Riu Palace Antillas - Adults Only - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"Hotel Riu was beautiful! From the moment we arrived the staff treated us like Royalty! Our baggage was unloaded from our transport and as soon as we walked into the hotel we were o presented with a glass of champagne which I thought was nice! Our room was clean,we didn’t have to wait to get our keys to go upstairs! Awesome view of the ocean! The staff treated us like family by the time we were ready to go home several of the staff members won our hearts over! Jonathan from the Steakhouse went above and beyond along with Mr Gomez to ensure that we had a spectacular stay! There were a couple other staff members that were very tentative but unfortunately I didn’t get there names!! I am already looking to book my stay at The Riu Antillas for next year!! Food was good! Drinks even better! Aruba is MY HEAVEN!"
