"Beautiful hotel with the Santa Fe charm you are looking for. It is modern yet authentic - our room had a kiva fireplace.
A very short walk to the plaza.
We spent most of our time at the plaza and museums and shopping but, the hotel was a welcome place to come back to and rest up."
"I was in town for the burning of Zozobra, so it was only for one night. I was a little leery about the stay because there were mixed reviews but it was one of the only hotels that had rooms available for the date I was going to be there. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with the stay. The check in was quick and easy, the hotel restaurant had a great menu to choose from to grab a bit before we left to the event. The hotel provided a free shuttle to downtown plaza, from there we walked the short distance to the event. The area where the hotel is located was quiet and safe. The room was clean. We did not have breakfast at hotel, because we chose to eat at the downtown plaza. Overall, it exceeded my expectations."
"Great facility. Amazing staff. Perfect location. The sunset from the rooftop pool is a sight that will stay with me forever. Every single staff member we encountered was friendly, courteous and willing to go out of their way to be helpful. Complementary breakfast and dinner buffets were very good and 3 complementary cocktails that I could take up to enjoy by the pool. I was able to leave my car conveniently parked at the facility for several hours after checkout while we explored many of the sights and shops around the plaza. Staff recommended the best restaurants in the area. Several were within a few minutes walk from the hotel. I can't imagine I will ever stay anywhere else when I visit Santa Fe in the future. One very good waitress/bartender at the rooftop bar told me she has worked several places but she loves working there because of the staff and management care so much about making all the guests get the most from their experience in Santa Fe. She said "people work hard for their money and we should feel honored that they chose to come here over the hundred of other places around and spend it here with us." I feel like that was the attitude of every staff person we met."
"Large comfortable room, tasty Chinese fare at the restaurant, gorgeous flowers hanging from the balcony railings. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything one might need is within walkable distance, without the huge price tag."
"Excellent location yet quiet. Beds are very comfortable and the hotel and room has charm and character.nice spacious bathroom. Nice shops in the hotel and rooftop bar."
