"This was a resort property that had a restaurant /dining room that had awesome food and reasonable prices. It was quite convenient. The maintenance office was very responsive to a problem we had initially with the AC. Laurie (Lorrie?) was super helpful. The unit we rented (312) had an underground garage parking spot right next to the elevator. Also very convenient. The unit itself had every amenity you could want including a full Xfinity TV cable lineup. The report also has an executive golf...

"The bed in the small bedroom (at the end of the hall) is too small for an adult and is not very comfortable. Also, a large number of ants entered the house through a hole, at floor level, in the door frame between the two adjacent bedrooms at the end of the hallway (which we plugged temporarily with paper towel). Otherwise, everything else was great"

The room was not cleaned there was hair on the bathroom floor and it smelled very musty. We decided to leave because we didnโ€™t feel comfortable sleeping here and the front guy made it very clear we were unable to get a refund. Overall bad experience. "

"Great location in the old town center. Building is old but many rooms are modern and updated. There was a mixup in our double bed booking through Expedia but they made it work out. "The room was nice, but as an elderly couple it was very hard to get our stuff up a very narrow spiral stair case. We asked for a ground level room but was told there was none due to a large wedding party. Yes they host weddings. This wedding reception area was set up including the handicap parking spaces. Since there was catering and photographers, this left no parking for the actual guest. Using the handicap parking to set up a tent was very inconsiderate and in my state unlawful. Again the room was nice, bed not so comfy but ok. There is a fireplace that is gas. It is located in a central area. The Pantry down the road has EXCELLENT breakfast."

"I really like staying at this hotel while we're in Santa Fe. The amazing desk clerk was gracious enough to allow an Early check in, we were exhausted and it was just about time to get the room. We do have a dog so we're usually in the rooms for dogs , when we usually enter it smells nice and fresh, Who knows what happened, it smelled like dog. We do pay an extra 35.00 to have our dog with us so it should be sufficient enough to have the room clean and it usually does when we stay. The breakfast is very good and the staff take care of the dining area well. We really appreciate this hotel"

"Really enjoyed the well kept historic grandness of the place. Our double corner room was so spacious and just so cozy and comfortable. The art and descriptions just remind you that this place is really one of a kind. Every furniture piece has unique touches, and those circular things on the hallway wall not sure what they were. Location was perfectly located in the middle of everything. There is shopping and dining within the building itself. Parking is valet only which we didnโ€™t expect, but it was easy to go back to your cars as needed after without needing yo call valet. The unexpected perk was the free EV charging, they handled whole thing for us. Love the complimentary water bottles that does a lot to cut down on plastic bottle waste. The place is historic but it was not lacking in modern creature comfort."
