"Hotel is beautifully appointed and in a great location. Lots of cozy spots to sit & read a book by the fire. Great amenities, like hot chocolate & cookies in the afternoon. Received a lovely bottle of champagne for our birthdays. Staff, for the most part, was excellent. Very service oriented. Getting change for gratuities was a challenge. Front desk claimed not to have change, same with valet. Hard to tip when u can get change. The shower was interesting. Only a hand shower….head needed...
