We really enjoyed our stay. The property is in good condition and a fairly easy (steep hill, short walk) to town. There are plenty of activities. The staff is nice. Would recommend.

Planta física, no agradable, demasiado ruido, la música horrible y demasiada alto el sonido, no apto para descansar, las tohallas viejas, gimnasio acabado, máquinas dañadas,decoración barata, silla de la piscina viejas anticuadas, y dañadas, piscina sucia, y pequeña, para un lugar como ese, parece un estafeta, de carretera, no un lugar para ir de vacaciones a descansar,es un lugar improvisado, el cuarto demasiado pequeño, TV con solo un canal nacional, lo único destacado fue la atención por parte de un muchacho Juan Pablo y Orneida de resto, una pérdida de tiempo y de plata, no volveremos a este sitio ahh y el reguetón, de 10am hasta 10:30pm es ridículo 👎👎👎

The room is not a chalet as it was indicated at the time of booking. The room has a hot tub not a Jacuzzi. Other services such as the existing jacuzzis have an additional charge to the guests. The menu is good and present a large variety of local dishes. The only thing is that the desert could be a bit monotonous. In overall all was ok and the treatment we received was up to our expectations. The hotel is close to the central square of Santa Fe town.

Cargos inesperados en el check-out
Llegué al hotel por la tarde y almorcé, lo que supuse debía estar incluido en mi paquete. Me quedé por varias noches. Antes de check-out, decidí regresar para almorzar. Luego, en el mostrador de facturación, vi una carga sorpresa inesperada de 36,000 COP. Esto es porque tuve una comida extra durante mi estancia. Nadie me dijo eso. El camarero no me informó cuando sirvió comida, pero de inmediato se dirigió a la recepción para decirles después de comer (porque fui a 'Check-Out' inmediatamente después del almuerzo). Entiendo que no todas las comidas están incluidas, pero me molestó que nadie me informara. Especialmente no 36,000 COP porque era extremadamente caro para la comida que recibí. Además, tenga cuidado de preguntar si cada bebida está incluida. Las bebidas no están incluidas en este hotel. Pueden hacerle una bebida, recordar el número de su habitación y sorprenderlo con una factura en el "check-out". Me puse en contacto con el gerente del hotel para quejarse, y él NO me dio un reembolso. Me puse en contacto con hotels.com y les expliqué, y estuvieron de acuerdo con mi caso y me enviaron un crédito de cuenta.

Buenas tardes. Señores hoteles.com dentro de nuestra publicación y la información relacionada con los servicios que ofrecemos dice: pensión completa, lo cual corresponde a cena del día en que ingresan desayuno y almuerzo del día siguiente. Los huéspedes que llegan antes del check-in o salen después del check-out, porque nosotros no tenemos horario hotelero, asumen cualquier consumo adicional a estas tres alimentaciones, tenemos publicado tanto en el minibar, como en todas las mesas del Hotel los costos adicionales y, la alimentación fuera de la cena, el desayuno y el almuerzo, que es perfectamente normal en cualquier hotel del mundo por una noche de alojamiento con pensión completa, se considera consumo adicional ya que no está incluido en el plan. Al señor sí se le respondió y dijo que quedaba satisfecho, pero que no se lo habían informado al servirle el almuerzo y por eso exigía que le devolvieran su dinero, pero jamás se refirió al costo beneficio recibido, ese consideramos fue un argumento adicional para lograr su propósito, los invitamos a realizar un seguimiento de los servicios e instalaciones versus los precios que ofrecemos. Consideramos que la molestia del señor no es justificada, finalmente dijo que él aceptaba que eso era cierto pero que nunca se lo habían dicho y se iba a dirigir a ustedes. Entonces lo importante sería que en adelante ustedes como motor de reserva también tengan claro que pensión completa son tres alimentaciones (un desayuno, un almuerzo y una cena) lamentablemente hay personas que no viajan regularmente y tienen poco manejo de un servicio hotelero. A unique find nestled away down the hill from town
I thought this place was quite a gem. A unique find nestled away down the hill away from the center of town. Beyond the comforts of the room and facilities, what really makes it so special is their staff. They were so warm and welcoming and were especially patient with me and my lack of Spanish, although I did a lot of my communicating with the owner, Mario, who is onsite and is available most of the time, and who is fluent in English. I'll tell you what really separates this place among the other choices you may have for lodging. They are VERY RELAXED with whatever you want to do. What I mean by that is just about anything you want, within reason, is available to you. I don't even know where to start. There are so many amenities on site that will keep you entertained for a nice relaxed stay. The bar is open 24 hours. The pool is large and has play areas set up for volley ball, basketball, water polo. The kitchen is open almost all day, and serves delicious meals. There is also a nice steam room and sauna on site. They have a couple outdoor jacuzzi that one can use for a nominal hourly rate. They even an area where they provide massage services at very affordable prices. There are many amusements on site like billiards, ping pong, air hockey, mini golf, as well as an assortment of other smaller games. They even have bikes that you can borrow and use for free to ride all over town. All in all a very peaceful and fun all inclusive stay at Hosteria Tonusco Camp

Great hotel, very close to the town center.
The hotel was excellent from check in to check out! Room was great! AC worked very well, Jacuzzi and everything! The staff was great, apart from one member, a waitress in the morning breakfast, was very distant and cold. I was very pleasant to her and she was just not a happy person. Maybe having a bad day. I mentioned it to another waitress, and she stated that she is just like that. Strange to have a staff member like that when the rest of the staff were absolutely fabulous. Overall, Excellent! I'll be back for sure!

TODO SÚPER EXCELENTE. LA ATENCIÓN DESDE EL CHECK IN HASTA SERVICIO DE RESTAURANTE BAR, las habitaciones súper cómodas, lo único que no encontré fue que viaje con dos ancianos y por muy caliente que sea el pueblo ellos no acostumbran a bañarse con agua FRÍA. No hay duchas para agua tibia. De resto todo súper súper SÚPER EXCELENTE !!! Dios les pague !!

En general todo estuvo muy bueno, la comida, la atención, la ubicación, el servicio y las instalaciones. La única sugerencia es mejorar el aseo de los jacuzzi y la zona de billares.
