"I could write for days and never be able to fully explain how incredible this stay was during our time in the Galapagos. The rooms were clean and spacious (we had the family with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms), the grounds were constantly being cleaned, the pool was a perfect way to end a day of hiking the Islands, but the thing that stood out the most were the staff. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, and Erick made sure all our needs were met. He was a perfect host right from the very beginning; he had restaurant recommendations based on what we were craving that day, he made sure we always had a taxi ready, and he would even contact various colleagues throughout the town to help bring food in for us.
We spent 2 weeks in Puerto Ayora (with a few days visit in Isabela) and made this our home base. I'm so glad we did! I would 10/10 recommend booking this hotel; it truly felt more like home than anything else."
