"Modern, well landscaped hotel in a nice quiet location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. La caletta itself is a short walk along beach / boardwalk and he beach and pine forest dunes is amazing."

"Pulizia e Servizi di ristorazione (Bar, Ristorante) veramente eccezionali, ottima la posizione rispetto alla spiaggia , Personale gentile e disponibile a soddisfare il cliente. Da rivedere i lettini e gli ombrelloni (non vengono assegnati) , l'animazione poco coinvolgente, la forte presenza di zanzare che seppur non infastidiscono il soggiorno (siamo comunque immerso nel.verde) , sono tante e andrebbe ricercata una soluzione definitiva. "I paid $550 for one night. I understand it was a last minute booking, but the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. I won’t go into detail about the room itself, which felt outdated for the price. However, for $550 a night, I at least expect a comfortable bed with quality pillows and a decent mattress. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, which I appreciated."

"From the moment we stepped out of the car the service was absolutely outstanding. Greetings from all workers including front desk staff/management were very professional. Very accommodating! This hotel from top to bottom thought about all details at a high level. Loved the kids club giving adults time to adult, love the restaurants and the staff who treated everyone special, and loved the room. I can not wait to return! "

"Nice hotel, near Cala Brandinchi, it has comfortable cabins well equipped for families, nice staff, specially Cinthia the safeguard, which was really nice with us. Restaurants are nice, 40 min to Olbia and 2 hours to Cala Gonone. The beach hotel is ok, but no so beautiful as other beaches of Sardinia. The good thing is that beach is almost private for hotel guest. Great hotel to go with kids of 4-13 years old"

" The location is beautiful and peaceful — exactly what we wanted — but the service is not at 4-star level. Staff are kind but clearly overstretched. We were charged €8/day for parking with no alternative, which should really be included. Breakfast starts only at 8AM with no early option, and no water or coffee machine in the rooms. The spa was advertised but was unavailable during our stay, with no prior notice. The pool bar opened only after 1PM. The biggest surprise was the coffee: machine coffee was poor, and my first cappuccino tasted of salty water (likely tap water). Though the waiter apologised and fixed it the next day, this is unacceptable in an Italian 4-star resort. Staff also had loud arguments near guests. Room cleaning was basic: towels were changed but sheets weren’t, and floors weren’t properly cleaned. The food menu is very limited and expensive. Worst of all, during checkout they tried to charge us more than double (including parking again and items we didn’t order). Only after I asked to check the bill was it corrected. Beautiful setting, but the service, transparency, and quality need major improvement"
