"I liked this place, staff were very friendly and we were offered cold water and/or coffee upon arrival. Keys are a bit sticky in the street entry door and door to the hotel inside. Also, this hotel is located on the second floor and has a small, slow lift (not uncommon in Italy in my experience). "Amazing stay at Palazzo Castriotta. Our host did everything to make our stay magical with recommendations for beaches, exceptional places, restaurants... a big wow. We stayed 4 days.
