"I reserved this room because I usually love their hot tub. It was not available all week. I also could not get Wi-Fi in my room and had to go out to the hallway to get signal. The room was very clean, but the hallways under construction were always a mess."

"The view from the room was great. However, there is no coffee or tea making appliances in the room. We’re on the first floor so when you look at the ocean people walking by the ocean could look right in your room. Suggest staying on second floor beware of $30 parking charge."

"Reservation was for a room in the tower portion of the hotel. Upon check-in I was informed that due to over booking we were moved to a room in the older section of the hotel. There were also 2 loud parties going on at the facility that there was no notice of."
