The main reason I booked this hotel was it had air conditioning. I booked this hotel on your site and after spending our first night I informed the receptionist the air conditioning was not working. You could hear the fan but the room was hot, and I did'nt get a good night sleep for the 3 nights. It is not good enough to say sorry about the air conditioning and I would never return nor would I make a booking through Hotels.com if what I paid for could not be guaranteed

Great Location
Limited parking but managed to get a parking space. Hotel staff were ok, but need to remain professional at all times as one receptionist commented on my age and was condescending when directions for dining room was asked. However later another receptionist kindly lent me an adaptor plug. The bedroom facilities were satisfactory and comfortable. Beach facilities are available which was good.
Pros: Access to the beach as the hotel is situated on the sea front.
Cons: Reception staff training, to their improve professionalism, not to comment on customers age.
Location: Good location able to enjoy the beach and the surrounding area.
