Every single employee here was amazing!
Starting with the handyman, who was very nice and helpful, to the girls taking care of the breakfast, which was amazing by the way and the great housekeepers. And Terry, you were so chatty and friendly!!
Location was perfect, 13 minute walk to the Vatican. TONS of restaurants and pharmacies around. My room had a balcony, so relaxing every evening after a long day was definitely a plus. Thank you again and if I’m ever back in Italy, I will definitely come back!

The shower wasn’t very clean and the bed sheets had blood on it, although it smelled clean. The room itself was modern and nicely designed. Front desk staff was friendly
