"This property is more like a hostel aesthetic, but everyone has individual rooms and bathrooms. Certainly was not what I was expecting. The bathroom was dirty and could do with a total renovation. There was grunge in every corner of the bathroom and the shower. I was very uncomfortable and checked out the next day and went to stay somewhere else.
It just was not the place for me personally. "

"Nothing spectacular about the stay. The hotel is in a great location. I was charged quite a bit for the laundry service. 52,000 COP for a single load of laundry and wasn't sure if it was really washed. I don't speak the language so there was definitely a misunderstanding. I would've never used the service if it was clear they were charging that much. The water in the shower did not get hot until the last night there as well. I'm American so for the price I paid I'm not really complaining but...

"Very well appointed, staffed and comfortable. Food was great with a varied selection of local dishes. Modern rooms and great views from the rooftop pool and terrace bar. Surprisingly affordable as well. "

Moscu, the hotel’s friendly dog adds a really nice, homey touch to the place.
