The proximity of room to beach was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and responsive. The room was fair, nothing special or out of ordinary. The breakfast first day was acceptable however the breakfast on second day was more of a 1 star hotel quality. I couldn’t eat any of it because it looked undercooked and very little of everything. Staff couldn’t deal with amount of people. The dinner meal we had first night was very delicious and appetizing.

Las habitaciones son limpias y el servicio en el restaurante fue muy bueno. Sin embargo los precios de los platos que ofrecen para el almuerzo y cena son demasiado costosos. Lo que me parecio terrible fue que una masajista llamada "Janeth"que era parte del hotel y que hace masajes en la playa, me hizo un masaje el cual me dejo sin poder caminar al siguiente dia. Yo me deje hacer el masaje ya que uno de los trabajadores del bar Chiringuito me confirmo que la señora Janeth trabajaba para el hotel y que era de confiar. Yo me queje con la jefe de administracion. Ella me dijo que hablaria con las personas de Chiringuito. Al parecer la masajista fue contratada por el jefe de seguridad del hotel. Ella portaba el chaleco morado al igual que el resto del personal que trabaja en el hotel. Desafortunadamente, no me dieron ninguna ninguna respuesta. Tuve que pagar el.l servicio médico. Realmente no recomendaria este hotel a mis familiares ni amigos.

This hotel isn't managed well. We waited 10 minutes at the beach bar before 8 workers talking amongst themselves decided to serve us. Staff was friendly. Pool area was gross. We stayed 3 nights and the pool was never cleaned.
The pools had lots of algae growing on the bottom.
Leaves and other things that were never removed.
Pool area. There's a lot of bird droppings that were never cleaned up over a 3 day stay.
Black mold on the toilet.

We had booked three nights and it was the third time we visited the hotel within ten years. The hotel staff are very service friendly and the rooms were clean and nice, although a little worn. The location of the hotel is fantastic, right next to a private beach. We had a lovely stay as always❤️

En general, la experiencia fue buena y el hotel es cómodo. Solo tuvimos una experiencia maluca con un par de arañas en la habitación y el personal es un poco cerrado a servicios de aplicaciones (aunque avisé antes, no dejaron entrar a un Uber que solicité y tuve que caminar a la portería, y a los repartidores les ponen mucho problema).

Muy mal. Se tuvo un error en la fecha de selección de la reserva y Hotels.com no ayudo a resolver este error. Es muy grave que castiguen a los clientes del grupo Expedia y se escuden en que el hotel no les ayudo. La plataforma puede reubicar a un nuevo cliente porque son hoteles de alta demanda turística. Eso es traición a un cliente. Pienso en rertirarme como usuario del grupo Expedia y de su filial Hotels.
