"There was a water leak in our room when we arrived. The front desk, woman, instead of giving us a room, somewhere else, put us right next-door so when they were working on the plumbing and the wall, we could hear it for over an hour. I asked her to give us a room in a different building or away from the noise and she would not. This is our fifth time staying there usually there’s better service."
