"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Sandra was very helpful when we checked in. The studio we booked was with sea view and it was beautiful I really recommend it, also it has all the amenities. The pool was great and Juan and August were very warm and welcoming too! There are many steps to get to the hotel as other people have pointed out so if you can’t walk up all the stairs this might not be the right place for you. Taxis are very expensive to get around. The hotel has the free beach shuttle that operates certain hours and you book with them. They take you down to the beach and take you back at the hotel, but if you want to go out for food in the evening the steps cannot be avoided unless you are ok to pay more than £30. To get to the hotel from Palma you either get a taxi for more than £50 and I guess depends on the month and how busy it gets or take the bus for less than £10 and then unfortunately go up the stairs holding the luggage(what I did). For me I love the hotel and I will be back but I need to say certain things that might not be ok for some people and need their accommodation to be easily accessible. "
