"Abigail at check-in was so cheerful and very informative ! She explained everything about the hotel and our surroundings! It was our first trip to Pensacola Beach and our stay was excellent in all areas of cleanliness including our room and getting extra towels ect. Every person that works there was always nice and going above in asking did we need anything! We will definitely stay there again and recommend it highly!!! Thanks to everyone for enjoying your job! "

"Everything about this place was amazing. Most places were accessible by walking. The beach area was also so beautiful. The amenities were a huge plus to the guests. Just hoping that a microwave will be available for the guests to utilize. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. Will definitely come back."
