"Room was clean and quiet. Staff was helpful and friendly. Check-in was quick. Hot tub was hot. The free breakfast was great- waffles, cereal, toast, bagels, etc. Location was across the street walking distance to Costco and Applebee’s. They had a great stay. "

"Insufficient water flow to take a shower. Very thin sheets and no extra blankets in the room. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. Fast, responsive service that ultimately didn't fix much. Breakfast was not worth eating."

"Everyone was friendly but the place was either in process of upgrading or just rundown. Broken things: hot tub jets, fitness room water, hotel deodorizer, room coffee maker, shower head and water pressure.
The good everyone was friendly & location.
Too expensive to justify the list of broken amenities and smelliness of the elevator and floor two. "

"Average all around. Check-in was bad because a guest was cussing someone out down at the end of the rooms. I tried to call the front desk twice about this, but they never answered the phone. Police were called by someone, though, and responded quickly. We wanted a second floor room but were told the king kitchenette wouldn’t be ready for 40 more minutes even though it was 4:10 pm. My opinion is that all the rooms should be ready by the 4 PM check-in time. We downgraded to a standard room so that we could get off the bottom floor and not have to wait 40 minutes. Front desk clerk was friendly, but we saw no one there for backup. Pool was very nice. Breakfast was adequate."
