"It was an absolutely wonderful stay. The staff was very accommodating. My flight arrived at 5:00am. Understandably, they weren't able to get me checked in at that time, but there is a lounge on the 5th floor with a couple of couches. I was able to get a couple of hours of shut eye up there. After exploring the city for a few hours, they were able to get me checked in at around 11:30. Still way sooner than the 15:00 check-in time. The room was clean and had everything that I needed. It was nice surprise to find out the staff periodically comes around in the evenings to offer a little dessert. The hotel restaurant was quite nice and the prices were great. The hotel had a promotion going on while I was staying there with a 50% discount on all breakfasts and dinners if reservations were made in advanced. The location can't be beat when it comes to convenience. It is right in the heart of the downtown area with the 2 major metro lines just steps away from the hotel. I would highly recomend this hotel. "

She handled my check-in in a very professional and warm manner, took care of everything smoothly, and followed up several times during my stay to ensure everything was perfect. Her attention to detail and genuine care made a big difference. Mr. David was also very kind and helpful throughout my visit. I truly appreciate the hospitality and I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Looking forward to staying again."
