"Overall this is a nice hotel. The thermal pool is excellent! The 40 euro spa is nice, but not worth 40 euros. Our air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived and they came within the hour to fix it. Fun fact: the hotel turns off the air conditioning from 0200 to 0600 ish, so if you wake up warm, that’s why. "

"Beautiful room with east and south windows. Very, very good price. View of ancient church and tiny town, hillside, cows. There is a big wind that came up each night. Dogs bark, starting at sunset, and go until 11 pm, when they stop. View of Bay of Biscay from breakfast room. Good breakfast."

"Beautiful hotel which I think is the best in the area.
My room was upgraded and I got given a room with a lovely view of the nearby church. The room was big and clean, as was the bathroom (one of the biggest I’ve seen in Europe).
Convenient location to bus station and to all the bus stops which made getting around and going to nearby cities very easy.
On site cafe and restaurant was very popular and I saw it full of locals constantly which is always a good sign.
All staff were friendly and you are welcomed as soon as you step into the lobby."
