Talvez o melhor da região.

Diante da hospedagem disposta na região, acredito que aparentemente esse hotel é o mais próximo do que seria o melhor disponibilizado. O hotel possui uma localização privilegiada na frente da ilha do amor, com restaurantes, bares, farmácia e mercado próximos. O café da manhã é simples, porém, suficiente para alimentação matinal.

Ótima estadia em Alter do Chão, mas com ressalvas.

Localização impecável em frente à Ilha do Amor e à ATUFA, de onde saem todos os passeios da barco da região. Vista incrível dos quartos frente-rio. Quarto espaçoso e ótimo banheiro. Cama de casal desconfortável, pois na verdade eram duas camas de solteiro postas lado a lado com colchões diferentes entre si. Staff meio indiferente e pouco solícito. Várias vezes demonstravam até insatisfação quando lhes era pedido algo. Café da manhã ótimo, mas cobrar "extras" por tapiocas em pleno Pará me parece tão razoável quanto um esquimó cobrar por gelo.

De frente para a praia - Bom Custo x Benefício

A melhor opção em Alter do Chão, considerando o Custo x Benefício. Localização excelente, de frente para as praias da Ilha do Amor e ao lado do pier onde saem os barcos para todos os pontos turísticos da Região . O café da manhã é muito bom, e com um visual maravilhoso .

Péssima experiência em uma segunda visita.

Minha experiência foi péssima. Já havia ficado nesse hotel. Porém dessa vez, foi horrível. Quase não tinha funcionários. Passei seis noites, meu quarto no 2 andar, o elevador ficou quebrado a semana toda. Toda vez que perguntava a resposta era a mesma:" a peça chega hoje a tarde". Pedi um sanduíche com muita dificuldade às 20:58h , minha filha ligou às 21:00h, para pedir o mesmo sanduíche, falaram que a cozinha já estava fechada. Experiência horrível. O que ainda salvou foi o café da manhã. E só.

Foi uma boa experiência, 2 pontos a melhorar são relativos ao barulho, meu quarto ficou embaixo do local onde preparavam o café da manhã, e o restaurante, nossa refeição pedimos pirarucu, e certamente trocaram o peixe, pois o gosto de maresia predominou no prato.
