Everything was nice about the hotel except they are way understaffed at the front desk. They did not answer the phone when we called for requests. The queue often was very long with only one (or no) person at the front desk. Very nice and professional, but very slow. All else was very good.

Staff friendliness and courteous, the only thing was the stairs little complicated for my elderly mother, but the room clean, comfortable.

Hotel Praza Quintana
The room was wonderful except the shower had mold so a little Clorox would be good . Breakfast was nice with a good assortment of choices .
