"Rito was not present at our check in and the staff did not speak English or us portugese so hit and miss. Problems with pick up as the message from Experian asking for one did not produce a result. and also return to the airport as the ordered taxi thought we were at the airport. Bed was comfortable. "Hotel is located in old plantation. The main house is renoved and designed in colonial style. Room was very big and comfortable, with beautiful tarrace and view. Equipment was great: all you need you can easily find or just ask for this. Staff was extra-nice and very helpful. They are open and smile.
