"Close to main attractions and train station, breakfast very good and very friendly staff, the lady at the breakfast very attentive and makes the best expresso coffe!. Rooms are big the AC isn’t the nest but maybe is the country standard. We have a great experience anyways "

"I love the attention to detail..the in room bathroom products 'Zenology' were amazing. Loved the kettle! Very comfortable bed and the air-conditioning was so very welcome. The staff at reception were so welcoming and very helpful. All the hospitality staff - bar, cafe and restaurant were all so friendly. The breakfast was so good and catered for gluten free dining. Incredible views from the rooftop...the pool was incredible... I absolutely recommend 'The Social Hub' as an amazing place to stay while enjoying Florence and neighbouring locations. "This hotel was a great place to stay in Florence. We had a family of four with two older teens aged 16 and 17. They gave us a room with 4 twin beds which was helpful so we didn’t have to share beds with the kids. The hotel was convenient to seeing the sites. It is on the city train route so you hear the train arrive but I wouldn’t say that takes away from the place at all. The bathroom was one of the best we had in Italy. It had a good shower, a jet tub, two separate sink areas, and the kids loved the cool blue LED lights in the bathroom. This facility is attached to a gym that you can get 24 hour access to for a fee. Kids under 18 have to have an adult with them to use the gym. The pool is very small just for sitting in. It was nice to cool off in and there is bar service at the pool during the middle of the day. The morning breakfast is available for a fee and offers lots of great choices. If you are tired the same eating area offers a restaurant which was good. The restaurant has a nice shaded deck. There is a single coin operated washer and dryer on one floor if needed. "

"Had a very nice pool and lounge area, restaurant and bar too. Like a hostel resort. Florence is very walkable and this hostel was in the area of walkability. Has washer/dryers but it ate my Euros and the staff could not refund it."

A short walk from the hustle and bustle of the city highlights, so environment was quiet. Entire visit was great and would definitely stay at the Ruby Bea Hotel again! "

"This is one best hotels, if not the best hotel I have ever been. The staff are amazing and incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to make you stay memorable. They helped with issues not relating to the hotel stay. Which shows how dedicated they are to making your stay amazing. When I come back to Florence I will 100% be staying here again. The hotel is a bit pricey but completely worth it. The hotel is 20-30min walk from everything around Florence. The rooms are amazing and extremely clean. You also do not have to worry about anything. My wife left her jewelry in the room by mistake, out in the open and not a single thing was touched. You can’t say that for every hotel. This place is amazing and I would recommend if you ever stay in Florence this is the place to be. This hotel should be rated way higher than what it is. In my opinion this is a 5 or 6 star hotel! Thank you to all the staff members that made my stay incredible and memorable!!"
