"room itself wasn’t smoking. Amazing staff, beautiful room, literally in the heart of everything with an INCREDIBLE view of the buildings on the caldera. We were very well taken care of, anything we needed at all! It was so worth it. It’s just off enough from the busy area that people don’t do too much picture taking in front of the room. Only once did they sit right on the gate so I had to ask them to move which is annoying to even have to deal with."

The breakfast was very nice, the front desk was helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable and I love the scent of the lotion/body wash amenities. Also had a nice lunch and cocktails at the pool bar. Location was great and 10 min walk to the Fira. Overall a wonderful hotel!!!"
