Modern hotel in the middle of everything. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Easy to find and access by car. Super friendly staff. Sophia in the breakfast restaurant is a beauty. The curly girl in the reception helped us a lot with recommendations and taxi bookings. The room is spacious with all the basics. Good aircon, possible to open windows. Water pressure and hot water good. Comfortable bed and pillows. Fitness area is decent for a hotel. Rooftop bar and pool available on 32nd floor. Overall a good stay and I would stay again if ever flying back to Santos.

Quarto imundo (very dirty room), lençóis veludos e sujos (bed sheets old and dirty) and toalhas de banho velhas, rasgadas e furadas (old, torn, with holes shower towels). Muito difícil falar na recepção via interfone (very difficult to connect to reception via inter phone, did not respond)

There isn't air conditioner inside the elevators and halls. The pool is very small, with only 3 recliner chairs, breakfast with limited options, same food every day, pool bar Very expensive!!!

Estadia agradável. Quarto moderno, limpo. Chuveiro excelente, água abundante e controle de temperatura preciso. Edifício como um todo moderno e descontraído, elevadores rápidos e disponíveis. Achei a piscina do rooftop modesta em tamanho e a limpeza da água e paredes da piscina podiam ser melhores. No geral, excente estadia e um fim de semana.
