"We stayed in the suites which suited our needs nicely. The bedroom and bathroom can be individually closed off from the sitting room. We did not try to make a fire but everything you need was provided. The bed was quite comfortable. We had patio seating both out front and in back. The staff is wonderful and attentive. Breakfast in Joe's was fresh, hot, and delicious. Try the fish tacos at Joe's for dinner. The Inn is located a few blocks from downtown Santa Fe. A nice walk if you're up to it. Use the courtesy shuttle if not. Parking in downtown Santa Fe is limited. We appreciated the ample and free parking at the inn. We were absolutely delighted with our stay."

"I’m only giving this a one star because of the hotel manager Naomi Wuorinen. I was charged 175 to my card. 100 dollars for incidentals another 50 dollars unknown for and 25 for amenities fee. I was supposed to receive my 150 back but was never reimbursed my money back to my card or recieved a phone call about it. Mind you I stayed on April 6th thru the 7th for my baby’s 7th birthday. I called on the 8th of April about the charges to my card and was told management will get back with me. April 15th Naomi sends me an email stating I owe them 103.00 dollars instead of them reimbursing me my money back to my account and that I can call and make a payment over the phone by giving them my credit card information. This seems to be a scam that they are running so please be aware before you use your credit card at this establishment. My family will not be back only for this weird situation and behavior "

"Very clean. Good location. Wonderful staff - I mean wonderful. Not a modern high tech hotel, but very nice and fitting for Santa Fe. Breakfast has limited choices, but always fresh and clean and wholesome. It was a very good value."

"Because they allow smoking on patios, our patio was pretty much unusable. The location is nice. The entire place needs some updates. The Montgomery Wards refrigerator was an indicator of such."
