Nice, But Needs Repairs
Booked two nights in one of the private pool villas. The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly on check-in, though English is limited. The room was mostly clean, though there were some cigarette butts left next to the pool. The property is beautiful, but the only real issues lies in the condition of the property and rooms. Things are weathered and broken, with some features in the room (like the sound system, sliding wooden doors and jets in the bath tub) are no longer working. The place is still nice but has seen better days. The water in the room didn't get very hot in the shower or sink. Overall, it's a pretty good value for a private pool but the facilities could use some updating and repairs.
One reception staff was tried and unfriendly, the other one tried to help and still didn't get the correct checking in for me.
there is no refrigerator that cool things down, you can only request ice manually.

gym closes at 10 while said 24 hours, only one treadmill.
Good location but not directly access to beach. Pool is nice but not heated, no jacuzzi. We planed to have kids in pool while we enjoy jacuzzi, can’t do any of those. Breakfast is good with Chinese and Western style. Also kids under 12 breakfast for free. Nobody can’t beat this! People are friendly and responsive, good service.
Service level is bad.
Facilities are poorly maintained.
Day time can watch internet TV, evening time said internet TV is not available.
Breakfast choices are the same everyday.
The villa we stayed in is very old and poorly maintained. Bad smell in the living room. The doors and phone are broken. The walls and ceilings are dark. Feels like a 3 star hotel.

A little bit disappointment
We stayed in this hotel for 5 days. It was our plan to do a lot of workout in its fitness centre and swimming. To our disappointment, the air conditioners in the fitness centre were only switched on between 11 am to 3 pm. Even when the air con were on, the room was still very warm. It is unbearable. I felt like running under the sun.
The breakfast buffet was also a disappointment as not many choices of food.
As a five star hotel of an international brand, I would expect more.
Be that as it may, we enjoyed the room with pool access a lot. We were first given a room accessible to the slop in the middle of the swimimming pool. We asked to change the room of a better location and the staff were very nice and changed the room for us. The environment of the hotel is very tranquil.
This hotel is only 8 years old but have never been maintained. It is in very poor conditions.

really out of the standard we can expect for a Pullman. We then stay at the other Pullman in Sanya, othe one is 100 times better.
only good thing is that personal is very friendly, but they all know that this hotel is bad

Been here 5 years ago. Hotel was brand new back then. Now aged and maintainece didn't keep up. Used to be tier one, now tier two. However, hotel management and staff service is still very good and nice. Need improvement on the shuttle service waiting time though.

I've booked "Luxury Villa (368 square m)" via Expedia.com.hk, but hotel staff told us that this room type is not available and my booking is Thai Family Pool Villa (270 square m). They said they have upgrade our room to "Majestic Villa (270 square m)" but actually it is downgrade from 368 to 270.

The room was OK, with this price I have no complaint about it. The service of the hotel staff is not up to 5-stars standard except the bell / valet was quite helpful. The buffet at the restaurant was not too bad on the taste but the presentation made them do not look so tasty.
Excellent services, quality of the room was out of my mind!

Awesome trip
The hotel is easy to be located. It locates among all the luxury hotel brands, in which Pullman is the most price worthy I think. I stayed in villa room with private pool, it's awesome to have a swim in a private pool every morning when u woke up! It's absolutely relaxing and not to forget to mention about the jacuzzi!

Nice Villa, but not close to beach. Many ants near the pool.
Your company wrongly sent my name to the hotel for the reservation. As a result, the hotel did not let me check in and request me to communicate with you to verify the transaction. It made me so angry because i dont think it's my fault and responsibility to do so. The hotel then contacted with you and checked with the reservation, and requested you to send them a revised reservation form to the hotel, but it spent me more than half an hour for the check-in process.

nice hotel will come back again
I liked the hotel very much nice location

And nice service
But the are some things they could do to improve
My villa wasn't been maintenanced
So the jets and the filters wasn't working and had to be cleaned by hand every day
There were some drwings on the wall from a brevous gest that wasnt fixed
Also and most importantly
They tried to charge me with more taxes cuase they said that I only paid for one person until I showed them the booking that said 2 adult's
Put over all I will come pack to it for sure
And also forgot to mention wonderful room service
Wonderful service. Numerous employees had great English. The rooms were so different from any other hotel. This is your best choice for Yalong Bay.

Not the best place for families
I was disappointed with the Pullman hotel. The pool was not the best for children - sure it had a slide and a very small lazy river but there weren't lounge chairs around the pool. As a parent I would like to be able to see my kids swimming so that I know they are ok. At the Pullman I couldn't do that. Not only did they not have lounge chairs near the pool but there were only a total of 12 lounge chairs. Plus you couldn't order food by the pool. To me that is not being family friendly. We did however have good service, the room was very clean and the buffet was very nice. We also ate at the American Steak House which I would not recommend. We waited a very long time for over priced food that was very fatty. I had to actually go back to the room and order room service for my kids. The buffet was much better. Unfortunately as I whole I would not recommend this hotel for families.
Very great hotel, convenient to beach area and shopping center, quiet and good for sleep and a quiet moment. villa design are beyond my expectations.

Nice Villas but old instalations.
+ The villa pool was very big and perfect temperature.
+ good room service
- can not use jacuzzi because pipelines was full of trash and insects.
- breakfast was very regular. Not the standard that Pullman should have.
staffs are friendly and helpful, the golf car arrived to our villa immediately after I requested. Breakfast was good that have enough types of food in western and Chinese.
