Passamos duas noites maravilhosas no Termas Pratas e tivemos uma experiência incrível. As piscinas são muito boas, bem cuidadas e perfeitas para relaxar. A recreação infantil foi ótima – minha filha adorou as atividades e a equipe, o que tornou nossa experiência ainda mais especial. O ambiente é acolhedor, o atendimento foi ótimo e tudo estava muito bem organizado. Com certeza, recomendamos e pretendemos voltar.

O hotel é bom. Gostamos, apesar de estar precisando de manutenções, (as hidromassagens, saunas não estavam funcionando). Lamento que os atendentes não são nada simpáticos, nem solicitos. No check on, não nos deram nenhuma informação, faltou cordialidade e preparo para o atendimento ao cliente. O que salva é o recreador "cebola" se não fosse ele diria que o atendimento era horrível, mas ele e a senhora da limpeza foram as únicas pessoas simpáticas e educadas que encontramos.

Boa estadia, recreação maravilhosa, atendentes muitos amistosos. Recomendo. Café da manhã bacana, não falta nada, mas não surpreende. Já almoço e janta , cabe ponto de melhoria, pois deixa a desejar. Prato repetidos, com poucas variedades de salada e por vezes faltavam alguns tipos de pratos e não foram repostos e sem muito cuidado no preparo.

No geral é bom, mas deixa a desejar na parte do restaurante, espaço pequeno e tbem a comida, que era servida requentada. Em 4 dias de estadia, servirão praticamente a mesma carne no almoço e jantar. Sem muita variação, que é uma pena.

Estadia considerada na média. O que deixa a desejar é a limpeza nos espaços em comum. Nas piscinas , restaurante e recepção falta limpeza. Precisa mais pessoas nesses setores. Os funcionários muito atenciosos. Falta mais frutas nas refeições (almoço e jantar).
