"Hotel was a good location for a wedding venue we were attending, although not much around the area. The breakfast was not very nice, and there were no snacks or food available for people arriving late in the evening. The beds were very comfortable, however there were stains in the bathrooms and communal areas were quite shabby. "Everything about this hotel was incredible!! The room, the staff, the atmosphere.....top notch!! They offer many GF options, which I was thankful for!! We also booked the wine blending experience, which was a must do!! Our guide, Sofia, was knowledgeable and super friendly! The stafff were incredibly efficient and always so kind. I did book a massage at their spa, and that would be my only complaint...it wasn't relaxing, so I didn't really enjoy it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel!!"

"We had a lovely stay here. The setting was beautiful and the facilities were really good. The staff are really friendly and helpful and very welcoming. We had a couple of drinks on the veranda with snacks and then a very nice meal in the restaurant along with a good breakfast the next morning. The room was also very good with great views of the lake. All in all a great stay and we would definitely use this hotel again."
