Overall good stay

Overall, we had a pretty good stay at this hotel. For the money, it delivers good value. The room itself was pretty clean, but our shower was quite dirty and could use a proper deep cleaning. But all the staff were very Nice and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items, including a good selection of fresh fruit. And the location is very good, especially for a nice dinner out on a restaurant near the Lagoon or at champs mall nearby.

Hotel de passagem (estadia curta!)

É um hotel mediano, de passagem, não atende à férias em geral. Não tem áreas de lazer ou algo do tipo. O café da manhã é bom, mas em dias alternados há uma pessoa responsável pelas tapiocas que é muito desagradável, fica de cara feia e muita má vontade em atender. O hotel tem características antigas (móveis antigos, com desgastes e descascando), peca um pouco na limpeza também.
O chuveirinho do banheiro estava neste estado, lodo em toda parte! Ou seja, limpeza somente básica, não se atentam aos detalhes.

Vários problemas. Logo de início o cartão não estava magnetizado. O chuveiro do banheiro suíte a água não ficava morna. A pia do quarto não saia água e nem a luz funcionava. No segundo banheiro a luminária estava quebrada. A luminária de mesa só acendia depois de dar várias mexidas na lâmpada. As TVs não desligam , só na tomada. Ficamos no ap 104 o barulho de cima era contínuo. Na rua , o esgoto vindo do hotel , jorrava.

Maravilhoso hotel.

A hospedagem foi excelente. Vínhamos de hospedagens horríveis. Mas este hotel justifica o nome PROFISSINAL. Atendimento ótimo, atendentes super gentis e prestativos. Tivemos um pequeno problema e não tínhamos onde deixarás malas até o horário do nosso embarque e no aeroporto não tem guarda-bagagem. Liguei pro hotel e eles prontamente se ofereceram para guardar nossas malas. Ficamos fãs.

Hotel profissionalle é um hotel prático e confortável. Disponibiliza um excelente café da manhã e você ainda tem a opção de almoçar ou jantar no restaurante do hotel. Almocei o Strogonoff, que estava muito bem servido e delicioso. Hotel bem conservado e com fácil acesso ao transporte público ou a Uber.

Segunda vez que me hospedo e só tenho elogios. O primeiro quarto não gostei tanto por causa da pia no quarto, no entanto não é algo que incomode, apenas gosto pessoal mesmo. Já o segundo quarto era perfeito. Limpeza impecavel, cama confortável, ar condicionado que gela, banheiro limpo e higienizado, chuveiro que esquenta e um espelho enorme. Simplesmente só elogios. Fotos do hotel não condizem com a realidade. Hotel ruim, velho, precisando de reformas. Atendimento péssimo. No Checkin parecia que estavam fazendo um favor, ao chegar no quarto o ar condicionado com plástico soltando, sem controle remoto e tendo que apertar direto no aparelho para ligar. Limpeza lastimável e vários pontos de infiltração. Não tinham toalhas no quarto e tive que solicitar, pedi um travesseiro extra e não tinha. Não podiam trocar as toalhas com frequência, pois sempre diziam que estavam lavando. A janela estava quebrada e não vedava o som externo. Não recomendo.
