Acomodação deixou a desejar, mofo no banheiro, pouco conforto. A oferta não deixa claro que, apesar de ser flat, alguns apartamentos nao possuem utensilios de cozinha. Solicitei a troca e nao fui atendida. Nao gostei do ambiente. Cortina caindo, com o varao amareado por sacolas. Enfim, mal cuidado, mal preservado e com muito mofo.

Localização boa, perto de praia e shoppings mas não vale a pena, internet não funciona direito, no anúncio diz que tem estacionamento grátis mas na verdade não tem, cama muito desconfortável visto que são 2 camas de solteiro com um colchão fino por cima! Resumindo, não recomendo!

Apartanento velho, móveis, paredes mau conservados. Ar condicionado funcionando parcialmente e com a aparencia horrivel. Serviço de quarto não tem com anunciado é preciso solicitar. Muita sujeira em baixo da cama. FRUSTANTE.

Do que mais gostei foi os funcionários sempre Prestativos quando precisava, comunicativos. O que mais indignou foi o uso da Piscina que nao utilizamos, porque disseram que estava interditada por conta de um vazamento e nem desconto houve. Mais de resto tudo bem!! Retornarei mais vezes

Ao chegar recebi a chave do quarto, só que ainda tinha um hóspede lá com as malas e todo os seus pertences, elevadores quebrados, corredores sujos, internet não funcionava e a maçaneta do quarto ainda tinha defeito.

Da hora que cheguei até a noite não tinham resolvido o problema da internet e ficou assim mesmo, várias tomadas antigas e as poucas atualizadas não funcionaram, lâmpadas queimadas ou não tinha, e a água quente também não funcionava, não sei se pq eu permaneci apenas por um dia, mas não é motivo pra ser destratado da forma como fui... Lá não indico ninguém!!!

Bom atendimento, mas faltou item no flat

Como na descriçao do apto disse que teria microondas, nos programamos contando com isso, até pq devido essa situaçao atual do vírus, não queriamos pedir e nem sair pra comprar comida, então levamos coisas pra fazer no microondas, mas no apto não tinha. Este foi o único ponto negativo. A Mara nos atendeu super bem, obrigada!
