Só disponibilizam 1 toalha e um lençol mesmo sendo 2 pessoas ! Nao colocam o kit completo de higiene no banheiro. Se você esquecer o shampoo vai ficar sem! O café da manhã não é tão completo, mas o ambiente em si é super organizado mas com aspecto de antigo!

Sem agua quente no chuveiro, tv em pessimo estado, o cafe da manha nao oferce muitas opções, dificuldade para pegar notas fiscais de consumo, tinha uma barata no corredor do hotel e uma minhoca no banheiro.

Hotel bom custo benefício, atendentes desorganizad

O hotel tem bom custo benefício, apesar da aparência de velho, o quarto é confortável, internet funciona bem, mas o atendimento dos funcionários do check-in é péssimo. Desorganizados e sem profissionalismo. Cheguei meia noite e o funcionário totalmente sem profissionalismo me falou "eita, não vai ter cartão pra abrir seu quarto", e ficava rindo, disse que tinham dado mais de um cartão pra alguns hóspedes e tinha acabado. Fiquei esperando a gerente e somente entrei no quarto duas da manhã. Depois disso sexta meio dia o cartão parou de funcionar e fui levar na recepçã para reativar e outro funcionário disse "é que já fechou seu quarto, já são meio dia" e eu disse que minha saída era somente sábado. Aí que ele foi confirmar, mas disse na frente de outras pessoas que meu horário tinha acabado, sem nem olhar antes. Enfim, zero preparo de atendimento em geral.

Péssimo serviço. Na chegada depois de meia noite para 3 hospedes havia somente 2 toalhas e não tinha quem entregar ou outro o hóspede tinha de descer para pegar na recepção. No dia seguinte embora prometido 2 vezes não foi resolvido

O lugar não era luxuoso nas fotos, mas pessoalmente era um lixo. Começando que me mandaram para um quarto de solteiro sendo que paguei por cama queen. Reclamei na recepção, me disseram que hotel estava lotado, argumentei que já havia pago antes e teria que ter quarto pra mim. Arrumaram um quarto com cama de casal, não era queen, mas me servia. Vi outros hóspedes chegando e brigando na recepção que eles tinham pago e não tinha mais quartos. Porém só piorou: Chuveiro não esquentava, mesmo sendo a gás , lâmpada do banheiro queimada tive que tomar banho no escuro pq ninguém veio arrumar, não tinha shampoo e nem a possibilidade de comprar no hotel. Não fizeram serviço de quarto em nenhum dos dias que estive no local (4dias). O café tudo em pouca quantidade então nada tinha e não tinha reposição , ridículo. O ar condicionado era daqueles antigos, mas sem botões então não tinha como regular a temperatura. No quarto não tinha interfone então sempre que precisava falar com a recepção tinha que descer até lá pra tentar resolver. O pior lugar que já fiquei, tudo caindo aos pedaços, lugar sucateado. Só fiquei lá pq todos os hotéis da cidade estavam lotados. Seboso, tudo sujo, nojento!

Oito dias maravilhosos

Foram 8 dias de muito esmero e cuidado por parte de todo o corpo de funcionários do hotel. Recepcionistas, faxineiros, os funcionários que atuam no restaurante/bar, enfim, atendimento humanizado e de primeira. Com certeza será meu ponto de hospedagem das próximas vezes que eu for a São Luiz.

Péssimo, não recomendo.

Tinha ficado neste hotel há 10 anos e na época era ok, por isso decidi por ficar novamente. Quando cheguei, super tarde, me organizei no quarto e quando ia dormir, fui checar a porta da sacada, que estava trincada e a trava quebrada. Não queria comunicar à recepção por medo de que alguém do hotel tivesse deixado aquela condição de propósito com má intenção. Fiquei com muito medo. Não conseguia conectar o wi-fi no meu computador para trabalhar e ninguém sabia como ajudar, já que não tem ninguém do TI ali, o ar condicionado demorava demais para poder gelar, e o chão do quarto tava sempre empoeirado e sujo

O hotel possui uma excelente localização. O quarto possui um tamanho bom, mas tinha um cheiro de mofo misturado com cheirinho. Acredito que deve ficar o tempo todo fechado, deveria aproveitar para deixar a porta da sacada por hora aberta para entrar uma luz e melhorar este odor. A cama é razoável, os travesseiros tinham a aparência de muito ácaro.

Apenas bom para pernoite , um pouco decadente, cheiro do ambiente todo do hotel forte e adocicado. Acho que era de algum produto de limpeza. Telefone do quarto não funciona, tivemos que descer pra qq coisa … Barulho infernal na piscina, hóspede levou sua própria caixa de som e tava um barulhão.
