Rio Hotel by Bourbon São Paulo
The room was clean and staff was pleasant. I reserved a room with 2 double beds. I received a room with a double and a single rollaway. Neither bed was very comfortable. They were very firm. I showered at 9 am each morning and never had hot water. This is the first hotel I have stayed at in years ...

Room is great especially bathroom but not he light switches make no sense whatsoever- irritating. Front desk staff is great. Breakfast is hit or miss and gym is great but not well managed in early morning hours. Rooftop pool and bar are awful
