Room was comfortable and always cleaned. Towels and toiletries were provided daily. Staff was always available and willing to assist. Great air conditioner. Breakfast very nice as well.

The hotel is very well kept and clean. They also offer great breakfast buffet. Hotel maids are very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that in order to get in and out of the breakfast area and in and out of the hotel, there is a need for the room key. Unfortunately this was not explained during the check in. It was a little inconvenience the first time we went down for breakfast but after understanding how it worked we did not have any issues. I would stay here again.

A practical hotel at a very good price

A very modern and nice hotel iwth great breakfast and even better breakfast hours: til 10.30 weekdays and 12.00 weekends. A little complicated with the key card one need to be able to enter the hotel and the breakfast area, but one gets used to it. As in most places in Brazil it is poorly insulated so the street noise and people talking in the corridors might be disturbing but no probs for us.

Adoramos, atendimento legal, cafe da manhã gostoso e variado, troca de toalhas bacana, o único problema é a rua movimentada demais, muito barulho externo, sem acústica, mas estávamos em SP, tudo bem!

Bom local, mais pontos positivos que negativos

Estadia num geral foi boa. Fui para um curso, mas fui com meu marido. Boa localização, café da manhã muito bom, limpeza e organização do quarto muito boa, e quarto espaçoso e confortável. Todavia, tratamento da recepção complicado, parecia que estava que fazendo favor (apenas um que foi simpático todas as vezes que encontramos). Não conte com check in antecipado, uma má vontade para resolver... Tirando esse incômodo quando chegamos, o resto não temos o que reclamar.

O Hotel é uma escolha segura e com preço ainda razoável em São Paulo. A Localização é boa e o Café da Manhã muito bom. Necessita de reformas, principalmente para amenizar os barulhos e ruídos externos, principalmente sons vindo da rua, portas dos outros quartos sendo abertas/fechadas e o som que o elevador emite (aviso de chegada ao andar).

Hotel bom mas o quarto precisa de poucos detalhes para se tornar mais confortável. Como cabeceiras, luzes amarelas e abajures, eu sinto muito mais conforto com esses detalhes. Luz branca no quarto da a impressão que estamos num lugar comercial.a cama é boa e grande, mas merecia lençóis confort. Limpeza foi diária, café da manhã muito bom. E no último dia deixaram a gente desocupar o quarto as 15h, o que foi um diferencial que merece destaque.
