We thought the apartment was nice but felt slightly dated. Had a problem with the toilet seat but they came and fixed it for us. The main issue we had with the place is that it wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. We did a general cleanup ourselves, but appreciate they offered to come clean it for us. The area was very nice, with a grocery store across the street, within walking distance to the mall and subway. The front desk has a WhatsApp number and they respond quickly to anything you need. We would stay there again.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado. Zona de mucho movimiento nocturno. Bares restaurantes y baladas. El personal excelente. Muy cerca del aeropuerto de Congonhas. Aún así no se escuchan ruidos de motores de aviones, porque está muy bien aislado. Felicitaciones!!

De uma maneira geral a hospefagem foi bem satisfatoria. O ap eh bem funcional, bem localizado. Tem uma padaria/supermercado quase vizinho onde pode-se tonar Cafe da manha. Tem uma estacao de metro relativamente proxima (eucaliptos) assim como o shopping ibirapuera. Os pontos negativos sao... a acustica dos quartos, da para ouvir tudo dos aps vizinhos... assim como o barulho dos avioes (aeroporto de congonhas bem proximo)

Boas instalações.
Muito Boa, instalações novas e limpas, infraestrutura excelente para pequenos periodos de estadia. Deixou a desejar no estacionamento, nao tem estacionamento, o valet oferecido é um pessoal que pega seu carro e estacionam na rua sem segurança nenhuma, ponto a melhorar. De resto tudo ótimo.
