Very conveniently located, but communication is only in Portuguese and with a big delay, which sometimes may be super inconvenient for check-in in particular

Housekeeping was really loud every morning, unnecessarily banging and slamming cabinet doors, conversing loudly to a point i cant have any rest. One of the tenant had a dog that wouldnt stop barking

Localização excelente! Perto de muitos locais incluindo estações do metrô! Tudo muito limpo, porém a comunicação com a propriedade é horrível! O Checkin é remoto e eles demoram a passar as informações (tive que ligar para me passarem) .

Muito bem localizado, tem uma estrutura boa, tem mercadinho interno. Só a tv que não funcionou, mas pedi a intervenção da hospedagem e eles arrumaram e o chuveiro quente que não funcionou. O restante, é muito bom.

Boa relação custo- benefício

O apê é bem localizado, super bem arrumado e limpo. Banheiro limpo e chuveiro ótimo. Tem shampoo, sabonete, toalhas. Local sem barulho. Da para dormir bem tranquilo. Tem secador de cabelo e Ferro de passar. A única coisa que é bom ficar atento é o fato do apê ter um mezanino que é uma espécie de andar acima onde fica a cama ( bem confortável e com muitos travesseiros). A escada para subir no mezanino pode não ser acessível para pessoas. Com dificuldade de locomoção. Os degraus são altos. É bem perigoso para pessoas com alguma dificuldade.

Os apartamentos são realmente bem pequenos e o isolamento acústico não é bom. A proposta de studio é falha na medida em que falta utensílios na cozinha e a usabilidade é mínima. O melhor que o local tem a oferecer é a localização.

Com cama elevada, ar-condicionado instalado abaixo da linha da cama e o calor que fazia em São Paulo, o quarto ficava frio, mas não esfriava o suficiente onde tem a cama. Muitas escadas. Localização excelente e organizado.

Ótima localização e quarto.

A localização é maravilhosa, há um quarteirão da av.Paulista, Mc ao lado, Casa Bauducco no mesmo quarteirão, próximo ao Pão de Açúcar e Carrefour express, próximo ao metrô Consolação. Quarto bom, banheiro com tamanho de box bom, ferro e secador disponíveis. Entrada da edificação e do quarto com senhas.
