NAO É MAIS HOTEL, NAO RECEBERA HOSPEDES

Essa propriedade não é mais um Hotel e sim um flat, e nao está mais recebendo hospedes, ficamos hospedados, porem foi nos informado que nao irao mais receber hospedes por nao ser mais hotel, e ainda estao comercializando como. Faltou agua, não teve cafe da manha mesmo ja tendo pago por isso (claro que foi estornado pelo Astron baden) Agora quero que a Hotels.com estorne do meu cartao. Os Funcionarios, sao otimos fiquei com pena dos mesmos passarem por esse constrangimento. Uma confusao

Acho que o apartamento esta precisando de uma manutenção. Os estofamento das cadeiras e do sofa estão muito velhos e gastos. o piso da cozinha esta solto. A porta do chuveiro faz barulho. Deveriam oferecer mais copos se quisermos beber um vinho ou alguma outra bebida ( só tinham 2 copos de água no armário.) A Tv poderia ser de um tamanho maior para enxergarmos bem.

Hotel com bom espaço, e sala e cozinha grandes

Hotel nos anos 2000 era excelente, está faltando uma reforma, mas nada que comprometa ainda a qualidade do serviço. O quarto com carpete talvez seja o ideal trocar por outro tipo de piso. o tamanho do apartamento é generoso, a cozinha equipada com tudo, sala ampla e agradável. Café da manhã sem grandes firulas, o básico para um bom café da manhã.

Agradável e ótima localização

Agradável. O flat é antigo, o banheiro ainda tem bidê, o ar é antigo (mas funciona bem), tv de tubo. No entanto, super espaçoso, limpo, cama boa. Pra quem não se importa com as coisas antigas a hospedagem é excelente. Tem tomada de 220v na cozinha, interessante pra quem tem algum eletroportátil de 220v. Café da manhã super ok. Localização ótima, na frente de mercado, farmácia e padaria

Estadia muito boa, hotel bom dentro da expectativa. Funcionários muito cordiais na recepção no check-in assim como no check-out. Localização boa com restaurantes próximos, farmácia e aeroporto de Congonhas.

Decepcionante

Ar condicionado parou de funcionar por 3 vezes, não tinha outro apartamento compatível disponível, ofereceram um ventilador de piso. Foi uma péssima experiência. A manutenção das instalações e a limpeza deixou a desejar. O café da manhã começa tarde, o que é ruim para quem vai viajar cedo. A localização é ótima, próximo ao aeroporto de Congonhas. Na primeira vez que me hospedei lá fiquei satisfeito, mas nesta segunda foi decepcionante. Eu só precisava descansar bem para fazer a conexão logo cedo, mas não consegui porque o ar condicional é velho e estava em péssima condição de manutenção, não funcionou, logo numa noite quente e abafada.
