Ótima experiência com o Charlie.

Quando cheguei, fiquei chocada com o quão limpo e cheiroso estava o apartamento reservado. Além disso, o prédio fica em uma região excelente, possui um mercadinho, áreas ótimas como a academia e com certeza voltarei. Nos momentos em que tive dúvidas, fui bem atendida pelos funcionários via Whatsapp. Não passei por nenhuma dificuldade durante a hospedagem.

Pésima para entrar a la habitación tuve que esperar 1 hora por que el codigo estaba bloqueado desde la 1 vez que lo ingrese, despues de un vuelo de 9 horas no fue nada agradable y por chat solo me decian que tuviera pasciencia por quen tenian mucho trabajo, pésimo Sucio abajo de la cama y gotera en aire acondicionado, puerta del baño dañada

Eu amo ficar no charlie pela praticidade e pelo conforto. Primeira vez que fiquei no pinheiros e amei,já vou voltar lá essa semana. o único detalhe foi que o controle da TV não estava funcionando e não dava pra desligar manualmente mas de restante, nota 10

Falta de comunicacao entre charlie e portaria, piso vinílico um pouco grudento e cheirando, tampo da mesa de apoio solta e as coisas ficavam caindo, partes das paredes danificadas e, em geral, apto mal conservado.

Otima localização e muito prático para uma viagem rápida. O quarto é bem confortável e equipado com o necessario! Por ser um prédio residencial, vale ressaltar que algumas areas (coworking, por exemplo) não estão liberadas para os hospedes da Charlie.

tive muitos problemas para fazer cadastro atendimento via chat muito demorado chegue ficar quase 1 e meia para ser atendido no meio da conversa transferiam para outro atendente não resolveram meu problema em nenhuma das 8 vezes que pedi suporte ,ficamos quase 2 dias sem agua para banho e descarga dos 5 quartos 4 teve problema de agua tive que pagar um outro hotel para poder tomar banho ,cadeira do quarto quebrada estava com uma equipe de chefes de cozinha e escolhemos o charles para ser comido e precisaria de geladeira Nass foto e descrição falava que havia geladeira mas quando entramos no quarto era minibar entrei em contato para pedir serviço de quarto e novamente fique mais de 20 min esperando alguém me atender e não pude pedir serviço de limpeza porque eu não tin ha um cartão de credito emitido no brasil fique 5 dias de total stress não recomento e não tenho intenção de ficar mais na rede Charlie

O apartamento é confortável, mas era em frente à churrasqueira do prédio, teve barulho até 1h30, e por causa do atendimento eletrônico, não tivemos retorno, não conseguimos dormir.

Boa localização e portaria 24h

Lugar limpo e agradável para estadia de 2/3 dias. Wifi funciona bem e com SmartTV. O custo-benefício foi o que deixou a desejar, com uma semana de antecedência teria ficado em um outro hotel na mesma distância e com café da manhã para 2 pessoas pelo mesmo preço deste.

Charlie: Localização privilegiada em Pinheiros, SP

A acomodação Charlie é moderna e funcional, apesar da forma do check-in não ser muito simples, pois não consegui completá-la pelo smartphone. O quarto estava limpo, o ar condicionado é muito bom, o black out torna seu sono uma maravilha. O chuveiro poderia ter uma ducha mais volumosa. Esqueci uma sacola de papel no quarto com chocolates e café em grãos, infelizmente não "foi encontrado". Comuniquei imediatamente após a minha saída, mas só obtive resposta dois dias após.
