The bed needs a new mattress. And the office chair was broken. The mattress is worn out on both sides and only good still in the very middle. Not the hotel is very nice and well located.

Não existe isolamento acústico entre os quartos. Muitas das fotos no site, não condiz com a realidade das instalações atual do hotel, principalmente do café. Equipe simpática, porém sem a preparação técnica para atendimento. Cozinha bem limitada para atendimento durante o horário de funcionamento.

Localização excelente! Atravessou a rua tem uma estação de metrô bem em frente. Quarto amplo, limpo. Próximo ao parque e ao shopping Ibiraquera. Para quem precisa ir ao CASV ele fica bem próximo. Recomendo!
