Já havia me hospedado no Doubletree Itaim em outra ocasião, mas, desta vez, saí com uma impressão ainda melhor! Quarto e banheiro confortáveis e reformados, com bons amenities. Café da manhã farto e variado. Serviço super gentil. Não posso esquecer da localização imbatível, no coração do Itaim. Com certeza retornarei!

Já tínhamos ficados hospedados nesse hotel outras vezes. Nessa vez foi terrível, ocupamos três quartos diferentes. No primeiro tinha obra perto, não conseguiamos nem conversar. a pessoa que estava na recepção foi ao nosso quarto a fim de constatar o barulho, não acreditando no eu tinha falado, mudamos de quarto a Primera vez. no segundo quarto, o frigobar não funcionava, saímos e quando voltamos por volta das 16:00 horas o quarto não tinha sido arrumado. A camareira muito indelicada disse que devíamos avisar no frontdesk que íamos sair (já viajamos muito e nunca tinha acontecido algo assim). No terceiro quarto, depois de todo stress (carrega mala pra cá, mala pra lá) foi ok. Resumo: em quatro noites, três quartos diferentes e sem nenhum contato da gerencia.

Foi uma ótima estada. Os funcionários são todos ótimos, o café da manhã é super bom e o quarto é adequado e limpo. A TV é grande, cama e chuveiro ótimos. O quarto não é enorme mas é o suficiente e muito charmoso. O café da manhã é variado e vai até 10h30. Gostei muito das opções oferecidas.

Minha esposa e eu tivemos uma estadia simplesmente incrível no DoubleTree By Hilton. Desde a chegada até o check-out, tudo foi impecável. Ficamos na suíte com jacuzzi, e foi uma das melhores experiências que já tivemos. O ambiente é espaçoso, confortável e ideal para relaxar. O café da manhã é excelente, com uma grande variedade de opções, e um destaque especial para as tapiocas feitas na hora, que estavam deliciosas! Outro detalhe que nos conquistou foi o cookie oferecido gratuitamente pelo hotel – uma verdadeira delícia e um gesto que faz toda a diferença na experiência dos hóspedes. O atendimento foi excepcional, todos os funcionários foram extremamente atenciosos e prestativos.
